PAYMENTS

All deposits and/or payments made are non-refundable. If you placed your order by accident or would like to adjust the order, please send me a DM through our Facebook Page or Email us via the5ofcups@gmail.com. For Tarot Reading Appointments, Clients who are not present 10 minutes after the appointment time, will be rescheduled to a different date and time. (Please reach out to me via email to reschedule your appointment).

The Five of Cups' services are meant for purpose advice for personal growth and entertainment only.
Clients should not use our service to replace any medical medication, nor be taken in as legal, psychological, or medical advice. Clients are responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcome in life.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We have a strict code of ethics when it comes to client confidentiality. If Linh ever wishes to discuss any of your breakthroughs or insights in a public setting (like when writing an article or shooting a video), she will only do so upon written consent from you. And even then, when Linh discusses client breakthroughs in public (to help others on their healing journeys), Linh always anonymizes personal information.
