How to Navigate in Member Area
I. LOG IN
Step 1: Click “LOG IN” button on our Home Page.
Step 2: Use the email address and password you registered on our website to log in. If you did not registered an account on The Five of Cups’ website, you can create one by clicking “Create account” under “Sign in” bar as shown below.
Step 3: Once you are logged in, our website will automatically lead you to this screen. There, you will be able to access your orders history, digital orders, addresses, and payment methods.
If you already purchased a digital product from The Five of Cups’ website, your account section will be shown as below:
II. ACCESSING MEMBER AREA
If you have not signed up for Elite Membership,
Step 1: Go to our site Main Page by clicking “Start Here” at the Home Page
Step 2: Find and click onto the “Spirit Elite Membership” section at the top of the site.
Step 3: You will be lead to the Spirit Elite Membership Area. You can choose Monthly membership plan or Yearly membership plan (12% discount).
After choosing a plan, click “Sign up” to pay for the membership through SquareSpace (our website’s web builder) secure check out.
Step 4: Once you are subscribed to the Spirit Elite Membership, you will be able to see the Spirit Elite member area as shown below.
To see the Spirit Elite store in full, click the drop-down “Pages” menu in your “Account” section on the right corner of the screen.
III. HOW TO NAVIGATE IN MEMBER AREA:
On the Spirit Elite Member Area page, you will be able to book spiritual reading with Linh,
purchase seasonal Group Rituals with a discount,
or send in a prayer request through Prayer Box. Linh will pray for you, send you good thoughts and healing energy. Note: This is not a ritual.
